5. Contact Center Data Input.
Neuron is the perfect tool to receive information from different
sources adding features ts to Contact Centers that didn't have them or were not
able to integrates with certain devices or formats. Those cases can be to
integrate helpdesks with monitoring softwares or to integrate a primary helpdesk
with other secondaries ones of providers and inclusive in other languages.
One of the more used ways of
exchanging nformation is the electronic mail for being easy, its asyncronism and
their freedom format, but all these qualities play against the relational
databases and their integration.
Here is where Neuron plays an important play since it allows to process the mail
qualifying each one of the items, remittent,recipient, subject, body and
attached files and by means of its translator/conversor
to transform mail addresses into customer codes , record inputs, to add text
from the body to a field that can be description of the incident, and to copy
the attached files to a folder which name could be the customer code or its mail
address, so the operator of the Contact Center will see all this information
processed in the screen, without the work of deattaching the file..
